Home Rental Hosting — Your Questions Answered

We specialize in hosting primary residences and furnished homes in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and immediate surrounding areas. Most are owner-occupied homes rented while the owners travel, work abroad, or take extended leaves.

We intentionally keep our portfolio small to provide personal attention to every property.

Busy professionals, families, homeowners on temporary assignments, travels and owners with secondary suites or coach houses.

Our focus is on short and medium-term rentals (from a few weeks to several months). We do occasionally manage long-term stays for the right property and guest, but our service is best suited to temporary rentals.

Our standard hosting fees are 20% of bookings, which covers guest management and oversight. Cleaning, maintenance and supplies are separate.
